SMS Program

When you submit a Driver Application and check the consent checkbox, you may receive SMS messages from Vectus Logistics regarding:

• CDL job opportunities
• Application status updates
• Recruiter communication
• Interview scheduling
• Onboarding and employment-related updates

Consent

You provide explicit consent by checking the consent checkbox and submitting the Driver Application. Consent is not a condition of employment. You may apply without agreeing to receive SMS, but we will be unable to send you text updates about your application.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application status, available opportunities, and recruiter follow-ups. You will not receive an excessive number of messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Vectus Logistics does not charge for sending SMS messages.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and cease sending further SMS to your number.

Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely for employment-related communication. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third-party marketers. Your SMS consent (opt-in) is never shared with any third party or affiliate, for marketing purposes or otherwise. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Eligibility

You must provide your own mobile phone number and be the authorized user of that number. Do not submit a number that belongs to someone else.

Changes

Vectus Logistics may update these SMS Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the changes.
